The only bad thing is now my wife is spoiled. She wants him back out annually to clean her windows. :-)

Comments: Andre and his helper Greg were terrific! The worked diligently and did a superb job. They power washed our deck, which had never been washed and was badly in need of it. The deck is now 28 years old and was really grimy. It was like one of those ads you see on tv where there's lots of grime and voila, it wipes away clean. It was hard work but he did it steadily and cheerfully. Our windows were and screens were cleaned inside and out, and are sparkling--made a big difference. They were here for 5 hours and got the job done efficiently and beautifully. The price was very reasonable as well-- for the windows, inside and outside and screens in our 2800 SF two-story home, and for power washing the 450 SF deck the total was $750. I highly recommend them.

Comments: One small comment, Andre might email any special need or instruct to client the day before cleaning...He requested soft water to rinse and our water is from a mineral spring (very hard) It was a 2 minute dilemma until we were able to provide a gallon of distilled to rinse off cleaning detergent. I shaved a 1/2 star off due to no prior notice and because I didn't know screens on sliding doors had to open. After this we quickly had clean windows.100% satisfied with results.

Comments: I had windows, screens, and 3 extremely tall wall mirrors that needed cleaning alongside my stairs. Andre contacted me quickly after receiving my quote request from here on HomeAdvisor and we set up an appointment convenient for me (a Sunday). He arrived here promptly for our appointment time, assessed the work to be done, gave me a reasonable quote, and upon my acceptance of his quote (which included him cleaning all mirrors and mirrored doors in my condo), he immediately got to work. He definitely knows what he is doing, came prepared with all necessary equipment, and did a wonderful job. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.. he even dusted sections high up on my walls while his pole was up there. And I am even further impressed by his agreeing to clean a wall mirror at my elderly neighbor's condo next door and for such a nominal fee. I highly recommend Andre and will most definitely be using his services again in the future.

He was very nice and careful around my art work and electronics. I called two other places (Apollo and Adventure). They never responded. So I'm not sure if I got the best price but the work was good and completed quickly. Andre is my man from now on. I plan to have him back before the winter.
